This foam training is an excellent addition to any set of training equipment. The foam not as flexible as the rubber training knife and therefore provides more resistance. The curved tip gives you the safest way to practice defenses against a stab! In the years I've used this knife, I've never even heard of one breaking because of training (there was one incident where a dog thought it was a chew toy). |
